Online Membership Application

Membership Application runs for 1st April - 31st March each year, however new members can join at any time.

Please complete the following form if you would like to apply for membership of BASICS Scotland. Please note that Membership Applications cannot be processed until the necessary payment has been received (where appropriate).

Membership can be paid for by cheque (payable to BASICS Scotland), or by completing a direct debit mandate form. If you would prefer to complete a paper application, please go to downloads to download the "New Member Application Form".

Membership Fees for 2011/12

Full Member

• Doctor - £65 per annum
• Allied Health Professionals - £35 per annum

Associate Member

• Non Clinical Organisations - £35 per annum
• Students - £15 per annum

Retired Member

50% Reduction to above Fees or Associate membership.
