Online Membership Application

Membership Application runs for 1st April - 31st March each year, however new members can join at any time.

Please complete the following form at the bottom if you would like to apply for membership of BASICS Scotland.  Please note that Membership Applications cannot be processed until the necessary payment has been received (where appropriate).

Membership can be paid for by cheque (payable to BASICS Scotland), or by completing a direct debit mandate form.  If you would prefer to complete a paper application, please click here All forms and payment should be returned to:

Membership Fees for 2011/12

Full Member
Doctor                                   £75 per annum
Allied Health Professionals        £40 per annum

Associate Member
Non Clinical Organisations         £40 per annum
Students                                 £20 per annum

Retired Member
50% Reduction to above Fees or Associate membership.
